small group personal training

Small group personal training is a great way to meet your fitness goals. The energy of a small group adds that extra element of intensity and fun. Work towards a common goal as a group while receiving personal attention to your body's needs.  Small group training rates apply for groups of 2 to 6 people.

30 min session - $15 Per person

45 min session - $20 Per person

Want to get fit with a group of friends or co-workers? Boot camps are fun group-environments using high-intensity training methods.  Boot camp rates apply to groups of 6 people or more!

Drop-in - $10

beer fridays

Earn your weekend beverage by participating in Deakin Fitness' Beer Fridays! At 6 PM, we'll hold a 45-minute boot camp style class followed by adult beverages and a good time (BYOB). Bring your friends and start your weekend off right!
