Tony Deakin has over 15 years’ experience working in the fitness industry. He’s played soccer at the collegiate and professional level while specializing in small group training, functional training, and sports performance training and loves helping his clients achieve their health and fitness goals!

Struggling with motivation when you workout alone? Workout with friends in a Deakin Fitness small group training session! Group sessions can range from 2 to 6 participants. 

Boot Camps

Want to get fit with a group of friends or co-workers? Boot camps are fun group-environments using high-intensity training methods. Boot camp rates apply to groups of 6 people or more!
